​We are aware that some non-law firms offer similar packages to those we offer below. We are different. All our policies and contracts are drafted by experienced employment law solicitors specialising in advising GP practices, to include NHS contracting, and we understand General Medical Council (“GMC”) and Care Quality Commission (“CQC”) requirements. 
 
Our advice lines are run by solicitors who are registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority and not by HR professionals or administrative staff. Although our helpline closes at 6pm, we know that you are often with patients, and by arrangement, we can take your calls outside of practice hours or at the weekend by prior arrangement.
 
Unlike some of the non-law firms offering a similar service, we will always act in the practice’s best interests and if you need to dismiss a member of staff, we will support you through the process.
 
Although you may see cheaper fees elsewhere from non-law firms, the service is often provided by non-solicitors, and you are required to sign up for several years. Some of our packages also give you advice on self-employed members of your team. Our service and prices for the fixed legal fees are based on annual agreements and each fee is per practice.
